- For reservations of more than 6 guests, a deposit is required
- Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the reservation date
- In case of no-show, a fee may be charged at the restaurant's discretion
- The restaurant reserves the right to refuse reservations

- Staff and other guests
- Restaurant policies
- Dress code (smart casual)
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply.

Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making a reservation. While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens.

OLIVA Restaurant is not liable for:

- Inaccuracies in menu information (prices, availability)
- Loss or theft of personal belongings within the restaurant
